It is my hope that in spite of all of that uncertainty, you feel compelled to share your story with me. We all have a story. And there’s no shame in that.

sharing our stories

I’m a wife and mother of four. I get what it’s like when you need to sneak in a moment to yourself, and even the bathroom isn’t safe. I’m a health nut (exercise, challenges, wellbeing–all things wellness really). I’m also an HGTV lover, a queen of carpool karaoke–it’s called balance! I’m an undercover lover of all things fashion–especially finding beauty in thrifted and vintage finds. At the end of the day, I am all about laughter and love, and I hope to bring that to you, too.

After my B.S Psychology at Michigan State University, I earned my Master of Social Work, Wayne State University.

And with that–you probably want to know more about mine!
